Except for the announcement made by the Personnel Administration Bureau that the area where the Park is located will be affected by the typhoon or natural disasters, therefore work will be suspended on that day or on the following day, otherwise the Park will maintain its operation as usual.

Can I buy tickets on-site?
There are only waiting list tickets for sale on-site, but there is no guarantee for any waiting list seats. Please make your own assessment whether to wait in line.

How early should I check in before the departure?
If you have booked a rail bike, you must complete your check-in 15 minutes at the latest before the departure. The departure time will not be postponed if you are late.

Will there be a charge on canceling the order? How long will the refund take?
Once the payment of the online booking for a ticket is successful, an additional handling fee will be charged in case of order cancellation. The refund processing procedure takes 7-14 working days.
