How do I check my order information?
For inquiry on your order information, please go to the Member Center -> Order Details, click on the order status of your order, enter the page of your order detail, and you will find the relevant information. Thank you.

Can I modify, reschedule my order or cancel parts of my tickets?
The order cannot be modified or rescheduled on the ticket. You can only cancel the order and place a new one. For the cancelled order, a corresponding handling fee will be charged.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please go to the Member Center->Order Detail, find the order you want to cancel, click on "Order Completed" to enter the page of the detail, and click on the "Cancel Order" button at the bottom. After completing the information, you may cancel the order. However, there will be a handling fee charged according to the regulations, please make your own assessment whether to cancel the order.

How do I make a new payment?
To make an new payment, please go to the Member Center->Order Detail, find the order you want to make a new payment, click on the order status of your order, then click on the "Check the payment status" button at the bottom, and then follow the steps to make a new payment.
If your payment fails, you will have to wait for 30 minutes to make a new payment in order to avoid repeated payment.
